FAQ:   

 

1. When are the magazine subscriptions mailed, and when should I expect my issue to arrive in the mail?

 

Subscribers need to allow 4 to 12 weeks for delivery from the time the date of the original subscpition date for the first issue then it should  follow a 2-4 week delivery time after release of each issue. Please see the list below for the release dates:

Spring - February 1-10                                         

Summer - May 8-15                                 

Fall - August 1-10                                           

Winter - October 25-31

 

2. Who do I contact if my magazine is late or I do not receive my copy?

 

If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your issue, please contact office of the magazine to ensure that they have your correct information and that the subscription has not expired. Sometimes the address given is a non-deliverable address, or  the P.O. Box was not given. The post office will not forward magazines, so please make sure your change of address was forwarded to us via email at info@amerciancountrymagazine.org or call 508-637-1245. Email is best as it provides us a hard copy to forward to our shipping department. If your magazine continues to arrive late, and you have already contacted the magazine publisher, please call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to have Customer Service research the problem.

 

3. How often is American Country Magazine published?

 

American Country Magazine is published four times per year: spring, summer, fall, and winter.

 

4. How do I place an order for a subscription? 

 

All ordering information is located on the page Subscrpitions'.  Shop owners can order on the Wholesale page.

 

5. How do I purchase a Gift Subscription?

 

When ordering a subscription, just change the name and address during checkout, or in the notes, indicate the recipient's name and address. 

 

6. How do I know if my order went through? 

 

After completing your order through PayPal, you have the option of printing a receipt. If you missed this step, don't worry. The receipt will also be emailed to you from PayPal. This receipt serves as your payment confirmation. 

 

7. What forms of payment do you accept? 

 

We accept payment through PayPal on our site by an online purchase or you can mail in a check or money order. We are not set up to take credit card numbers over the phone or though the mail. Please do not send in credit card numbers. You can, however, enter a credit or debit card number through an online transaction on our site through PayPal. This is safe and secure.

 

8. I purchased a single copy to try it out and then decided to purchase a subscription. I just received, in the mail, the same exact issue I already have. 

 

If you purchased a copy at a local shop or purchased a single copy online, and want to order a subscription, please let us know which issue you would like your subscription to start with. We have no way of knowing what issue you already have. 

 

 

9. Can I buy Amercian Country Magazine on the newstand?
